About the role
- find business opportunities and manage customer relationships
- spend 75% of time on new business development and 25% on existing client management
- manage the entire sales cycle, from customer contact through onboarding
- frequent contact with clients to understand their needs
- respond to issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- weekly and monthly reporting for deals and client relationships
- negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Requirements
- experience in recruiting, HR Tech, or agency marketing sales/account management
