About the role

  • What you will do
  • - Identify and engage new prospective clients to introduce GBG’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.
  • - Sell additional products and services to a portfolio of named existing customers.
  • - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • - Understand and effectively navigate the sales process, from initial outreach through to contract negotiations and closing.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • - Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge of GBG’s solutions to position them effectively to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Skills we're looking for
  • - Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the Fraud, Identity Verification, or related technology sectors.
  • - Proven track record of new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • - Strong experience in managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise-level customers.
  • - Demonstrated ability to build and grow a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • - Ability to quickly learn and understand GBG’s identity and fraud prevention solutions, translating product knowledge into client value.
  • - Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • - Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure solutions meet client needs and market trends.
  • - A results-driven, customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
  • - Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track and manage sales activities and pipelines.
