About the role

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks.
  • Build business cases and investment frameworks to support prioritization of product and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
  • Support pre- and post-launch readiness by coordinating with sales, service, and support.
  • Develop clear, executive-ready presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor performance of market strategies and recommend adjustments based on data and business conditions.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning by assessing product mix, positioning, and opportunities for new concepts.
  • Collaborate with procurement and partner management teams to evaluate third-party solutions and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in market research and financial modeling.
  • Business acumen, including familiarity with P&L drivers and commercial levers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes under time constraints.
  • Domain expertise in fraud, identity, or SaaS technology markets is a plus
