About the role

  • Identify and prospect potential clients (agencies, tour operators, companies, event organizers, MICE) to develop new partnerships and sales campaigns;
  • Conduct maintenance and prospecting visits within your assigned region, providing support to other regions when necessary;
  • Analyze competition, market trends, and conditions to assess acceptance of products and/or services;
  • Represent all GAV RESORTS properties in operation;
  • Execute commercial initiatives and participate in trade shows and events;
  • Send quotes and proposals to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hotel, tourism, or events sectors;
  • Knowledge of the corporate market, travel agencies, tour operators, and OTAs;
  • Strong negotiation and client prospecting skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
