About the role
- Lead the deep understanding of functional and non-functional requirements for both the MVP and subsequent project phases;
- Review, evolve, and detail the MVP solution architecture, proposing technical improvements, integration adjustments, and design corrections when necessary;
- Design the end-to-end architecture for project continuation, including integrations, data flows, API contracts, technical standards, dependencies, and critical touchpoints;
- Explain and detail the architecture clearly and pragmatically to development teams, ensuring a common understanding and correct implementation of the proposed solutions;
- Serve as a technical reference during development, supporting teams in decision-making, clarifying questions, and ensuring adherence to the defined architecture;
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Tech Lead with significant architectural responsibility
- Strong background in software development
- Experience with microservices-based architecture
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with complex integrations across multiple systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical designs
- Experience producing clear, actionable architectural documentation
- Fluent English for collaboration with global teams
- Experience with e-commerce projects
- Experience with BigCommerce
- Experience integrating with SAP
- Experience integrating with Salesforce
- Strong technical organization skills
- Clear, instructive communication with development teams
- Ease interacting with business stakeholders
- Ability to act as a technical reference
