About the role

  • Lead meetings with leaders to gather and understand the activities, responsibilities, and requirements of roles, mapping and reviewing existing positions at three seniority levels (Junior, Mid-level and Senior);
  • Work with leaders to develop complete job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment with the role profile and Gaudium's culture;
  • Consult CBO codes (Brazilian Occupational Classification) for roles to include in the descriptions;
  • Suggest improvements to the project, seeking greater clarity, objectivity, and alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in job and compensation projects, especially in drafting job descriptions;
  • Experience working in technology/software companies;
  • Availability to work 5 hours during business hours (between 08:00 and 19:00);
  • Experience in alignment meetings with managers from different areas to develop job roles;
  • Knowledge of job description and job evaluation methodologies;
  • Clear communication, active listening, and the ability to translate technical information into concise job descriptions;
  • Engagement as a contracted legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ) in a freelance model;
  • Enjoy working in a team with transparency and honesty, focusing on results and agility;
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving problems;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Willingness to propose ideas, learn, and take on challenges.
