💰 $40 - $45 per hour

About the role

  • Responsible for bringing Gather AI drones and technology to supply chain industry clients
  • Lead visits to client sites to automate inventory management through the use of drones
  • Preparation for deployments and continued customer support for customers
  • Coordinate with the Development team to ensure smooth drone deployment
  • Handle warehousing mapping, drone calibration, documentation, client training, and continued support

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • OR AS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2 years in a technician or technically focused, customer facing role
  • OR 4+ years in a technician or technically focused, customer facing role
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to travel ~60% of time including some weekends (valid driver's license)
  • COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical exemption
