• Support customers throughout their journey, from initial onboarding to renewals and ongoing success.
• Own and navigate the GTM tech stack including Hubspot, Stripe, and other internal admin tools.
• Build your customer-facing skills by learning how to successfully conduct calls, live demonstrations, and implementation sessions.
• Help investigate customer billing questions, subscription changes, invoices, and payment issues.
• Ensure data accuracy across customer records and account details in our CRM, HubSpot.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Capture customer insights to help shape our product and GTM strategy.
• Provide high-impact support across operations, sales, customer support, documentation, and/or special projects.
