Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go and/or Rust, interacting with blockchain infrastructure and internal platforms.
• Contribute directly to client software (cdk-erigon) and facilitate its integration into other ecosystems. Including research on performance, interoperability and other exciting areas!
• Collaborate with the Core R&D team on projects related to Ethereum execution clients, including integrations, monitoring, and performance improvements.
• Participate in technical design discussions, helping shape architecture, patterns, and standards.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to:

• Draft and refine technical documentation.
• Own features end-to-end: from idea → design → implementation → testing → deployment → iteration.

• Manage and update Gateway.fm website content, ensuring product positioning and messaging remain clear, compelling, and up-to-date.
• Drive end-to-end product campaigns together with BD and marketing teams.
• Support GTM launches, co-marketing with partners, and adoption-focused campaigns.
• Support speaking opportunities for Gateway leadership across podcasts, events, and panels.
• Coordinate press releases with partners and media outlets and build relationships with journalists and Web3 media.
• Organize and support events, hackathons, conferences, and ecosystem activations; represent Gateway.fm at industry events and secure speaking slots.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and lead SEO strategy to grow visibility and inbound interest.
• Produce and manage blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Support Gateway.fm’s podcast presence, manage podcast distribution and audience growth strategies.
