• Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell
• Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics, ensuring KPI’s are met
• Quota responsibility for your assigned territory.
• Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

• Exhibit/Sponsorship product set exploration and expansion
• Collaborate on strategic projects and identify key initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Management to support and deliver on product pilots and growth initiatives
• Represent Exhibitor Product growth interests within cross-functional partnerships
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external partners
• Lead and inspire a rapidly expanding and diverse global team
• Partner with the global sales organization to align conference and exhibitor product growth strategy
• Create and scale exhibitor products that maximize attendee and exhibitor engagement
• Manage product inventory and projection modeling for various exhibit and sponsorship products
• Develop and present risk/opportunity assessments for exhibitor products
• Analyze data to develop metrics-driven exhibitor retention and attendee engagement strategy
• Attend conferences as the onsite lead for in-person delivery
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gartner’s business
• Become an expert on Gartner’s exhibitor products, pricing strategy and conference financials
