About the role
- Partner with stakeholders to convert business needs into clear dashboard and reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain backend data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting
- Create and manage recurring reports and dashboards for analysts and marketing teams
- Implement controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across all reports
- Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to automate data operations and streamline processes
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Measure the impact of major business initiatives and present insights to key stakeholders
- Maintain and lead dashboards across lifecycle, organic search, paid search, reviews, vendors, and performance areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role
- Prior ownership of reporting or dashboarding is a strong plus
- Experience working in marketing analytics or performance analytics preferred
- Proficiency in SQL is required
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud-based or traditional relational database management systems is an advantage
- Proficiency with Google or Microsoft business applications (Excel, Word, etc.) is required
- Familiarity with web analytics tools; Google Analytics preferred, Omniture is a plus
- Exposure to Python or other scripting languages is an added advantage
