- Lead and oversee the strategic and annual planning for territory design
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Analyze data to inform corporate sales strategy
- Partner with Sales and Services leaders to define growth needs
- Facilitate decision-making regarding salespeople allocation
- Drive ad-hoc analyses to inform decision-making

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of experience
- Management consulting experience preferred, but not required
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases
- Familiarity with statistics and statistical tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to form relationships with and influence senior leaders
- Highly organized problem solver
- Experience coaching and developing junior analysts
