About the role
- Lead the execution of appropriate CAS Sales and Registration Strategies for the region
- Coach and mentor CAS and CRP Managers for improved sales and registration effectiveness
- Drive increased adoption and utilization of sales tools and technologies
- Leverage territory management and planning as foundation for CBC registration and booking overachievement
- Lead the development and execution of succession planning and career paths for individual CAS and CRP managers and teams
- Strategic development and execution of sales and registration programs to drive larger deals and team solution opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5 year’s proven service and sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Gartner Sales Management experience
- Proven track record of superior sales and service performance
- Excellent understanding of CAS Sales processes, prospecting, and registration methodologies
- Multilingual capability, particularly Portuguese, is preferred
