About the role

  • Lead and oversee the strategic and annual planning, execution and delegation of key initiatives for territory design
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within TP&A, Sales and Services
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement on initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform corporate sales strategy
  • Partner with leaders to define growth needs and design profitable territories
  • Facilitate decision-making by modeling scenarios
  • Collaborate with TP&A Leadership to support Sales and Services teams
  • Lead a team of junior team members to drive analytical and operational projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience, ideally with focus on Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics, Management Consulting, and/or Sales Strategy
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across various business units
  • Strong skills in performing and presenting financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and relational databases
  • Experience coaching and developing junior team members
