About the role
- Lead and oversee the strategic and annual planning, execution and delegation of key initiatives for territory design
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within TP&A, Sales and Services
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement on initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends and inform corporate sales strategy
- Partner with leaders to define growth needs and design profitable territories
- Facilitate decision-making by modeling scenarios
- Collaborate with TP&A Leadership to support Sales and Services teams
- Lead a team of junior team members to drive analytical and operational projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience, ideally with focus on Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics, Management Consulting, and/or Sales Strategy
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across various business units
- Strong skills in performing and presenting financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and relational databases
- Experience coaching and developing junior team members
