About the role

  • Own and drive a defined set of enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact associate experience (e.g., productivity, digital workplace, access, onboarding, collaboration, security usability)
  • Develop the change plan and prepare leaders: articulate the rationale for the change, set change objectives and map a project timeline built around key moments that matter to affected employees

  • Ensure initiatives remain outcome-focused, value-driven, and aligned with broader IT and enterprise strategy

  • Champion the associate perspective across initiatives, ensuring solutions balance security, reliability, and usability
  • Use data, feedback, and experience metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
  • Identify friction points in the associate journey and proactively propose technology-enabled improvements
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Corporate Communications, IT delivery teams and selected affected employees to develop timelines and execution plans
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for initiatives’ progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
  • Coordinate across IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business leaders to resolve trade-offs, manage interdependencies, and drive timely decisions
  • Manage and develop one or two direct reports, setting clear goals, priorities, and development plans
  • Establish lightweight governance to ensure initiatives are well-scoped, appropriately resourced, and delivering expected outcomes
