About the role

Participate in designing and building Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and other Chief Data Office initiatives
Build Master Data Management solution in Ataccama MDM platform
Work on MDM program as part of the CDO execution Team
MDM: bring data from multiple sources, enrich using validation/standardization and dedupe process, act as centralized hub for contact and account domain
Review and analyze business requirements and design technical mapping document
Build new processes in Ataccama and new ETL jobs
Develop processes using AWS services (SQS, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions etc.)
Help define best practices & processes
Collaborate on MDM architecture and technical design discussions
Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design and specifications
Provide status reports to higher management
Maintain Service Levels and department goals for problem resolution

4-6 years’ experience in Database Operations with a bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred)
Understanding of data modelling
Hands-on experience in MDM implementation using tools (Customer domain, product domain etc.) Ataccama preferred
Experience in ETL technology
Experience in PL/SQL
Experience in PostgreSQL and cloud databases
Good exposure writing complex SQL
Good knowledge in cloud technology and exposure in cloud tools (nice to have)
Good understanding of business process and analyzing underlying data (nice to have)
Experience with Python/Java programming language (nice to have)
Experience with an Agile Methodology like Scrum (nice to have)
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Commitment to teamwork as a contributor
Excellent communication and prioritization skills
