- Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have” insights
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of client needs
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing insights positions
- Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts
- Provide actionable advice aligned to designated content area
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials
- Provide sales support serving as voice of the market
- Build credibility as an industry expert
- Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions
- Identify research process improvements
- Be a mentor and a coach for junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in related field or industry
- Ability to formulate and articulate technology and business adoption scenarios
- Deep expertise in wide area networking connectivity and supporting infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of emerging models including SASE and NaaS
- Working knowledge of security principles specific to networking including Zero-Trust
- Knowledge of major service provider offerings and emerging vendors and technologies
- Broad understanding of connectivity drivers and new consumption models
