About the role

  • Lead strategic engagements focused on advising clients on ERP and enterprise applications
  • Guide clients through vendor selection and roadmap development
  • Assess risks and perform value assurance for large-scale transformation programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP and enterprise applications
  • Strong track record in end-to-end ERP programs
  • Experience in ERP strategy development, program assurance, and architecture definition
  • Proven ability to engage and advise at the executive level (CxO)
  • Background in management consulting with experience leading complex projects
  • Strong understanding of vendor selection processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred
  • Fluent in English and German (minimum C1)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
