About the role
- Drive the strategic roadmap for Service Operations within the Client Success Organization (CSO)
- Partner with teams to deliver innovative tools, processes, and systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems/processes
- Develop business cases and implementation plans
- Champion change management and adoption strategies
- Improve operational excellence while mentoring a team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant field (IT, Engineering etc.)
- 7+ years experience in project management
- 7-10 years managing major technology projects (a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsights/Churnzero, PowerBI
- Strong understanding of AI and large language models (LLMs)
- Experience designing user experiences (UX)
- Understanding of agile scrum and iterative design/development process
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong understanding of business and technology challenges
- Skilled in business negotiation and change management.
