About the role
- Drive revenue growth through tactical execution of analysis and programs for Global Technology Sales
- Lead execution with support from BU partners and sales leaders
- Focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify actionable insights
- Develop scalable, global operational processes to standardize procedures
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives across the organization
- Coach team on best practices related to standardization/scaling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
- 12+ years relevant business experience
- 4+ years Management Consulting experience in a leading global firm
- 4+ years Business Transformation experience working with senior executives
- Strong leadership experience
- Consultative and influence skills at executive level
- Politically astute; able to navigate complex organizations
- Strategic thinking with the ability and experience to develop, implement and document strategies
- Highly motivated, goal and results oriented
- Ability to communicate vision and strategy
- Superior verbal & written communication & presentation skills
