About the role
- Acquire new Mid-Size Enterprise clients (up to $1B revenue) by building trust with C-level stakeholders.
- Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to close and transition to account management.
- Align Gartner insight, guidance and tools to deliver client value.
- Build and manage pipeline to meet quota and sales KPIs.
- Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrixed organizations.
- Own forecasting and account planning monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Hybrid work model with in-office experiences for collaboration and upskilling.
Requirements
- 1+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
- Some business development or "hunting" experience in a selling role highly desired.
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
- Willingness to live within a commutable distance to one of our COE's: Fort Myers, Florida; Irving, Texas; Barcelona, Spain; London, England; Gurgaon, India; Singapore; Sydney, Australia.
- Bachelor's degree desired
