• Partner tightly across teams with many stakeholders to simplify complex concepts and constraints into user friendly copy
• Own and evolve the processes surrounding copy development including translation, approval processes, and implementation
• Own and evolve our content management system and ensure it is structured scalably
• Partner with our marketing and brand stakeholders to manifest Garner’s voice and tone in app-appropriate ways
• Drive overall oversight and iteration of our in app copy including consistency audits, user testing, and improvements independent of other project work
