About the role
- Hunting New Opportunities: You’ll grow our revenue by identifying, pursuing, and landing new business.
- Turning Ideas into Action: Meet clients onsite, dream big with them, and quickly deliver estimates for projects ranging from cleanups and drainage to hardscaping and maintenance.
- Sealing the Deal: Create killer proposals, present your designs, negotiate contracts, and close the sale—turning leads into raving fans.
- Smashing Sales Goals: Manage a pipeline with $5M+ potential and hit monthly targets across design/build projects, maintenance contracts, and upsell services.
- Building Long-Term Relationships: From pre-construction meetings to post-project follow-ups, you’ll ensure every client feels cared for, informed, and excited about their investment.
Requirements
- You’re a natural people person—persuasive, positive, and ready to build lasting relationships.
- You thrive on closing deals, solving problems, and exceeding goals.
- You’re organized, coachable, and ready to learn and grow.
- You’ve got some industry know-how (landscaping, design, sales, or related experience), and CAD experience is a plus.
