About the role

  • First point of contact for customers regarding electrical questions about packaging machines
  • Handling incoming service requests via our ticketing system
  • Independently performing remote services (fault analysis, parameter checks, software adjustments)
  • Occasional on-site assignments worldwide
  • Troubleshooting and technical support for all questions related to machine functionality
  • Active participation in cross-service projects and close coordination with other departments

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical discipline (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician)
  • Ideally further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Very good technical understanding, particularly in electrical engineering and process engineering
  • Experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and Sinamics drive technology
  • Independent, analytical, and reliable
  • Willing to learn and open to technical development
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
