About the role
- Recording and documenting spare parts requirements directly at the customer’s site
- Assembly and installation of spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on our machines
- Regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure plant availability
- Analysis and resolution of technical faults (troubleshooting)
- Assisting customers with fault diagnosis
- Training and supporting the customer’s operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient use of the machines
Requirements
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman, or a completed degree
- Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance
- Good technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Confident use of technical drawings and documentation
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative and service-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Good command of English
