About the role
- Teach, coach, and validate visual merchandising competencies across the region
- Partner closely with the Regional Director to assess talent, identify capability gaps, and implement development plans
- Design and facilitate regional and district-level workshops
- Drive elevated and consistent styling and lighting execution across the region
- Monitor performance and regional trends to act on region-specific opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ Visual, Field Visual, and Regional partners
- Lead and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex retail business leadership
- 5+ years of visual presentation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
