About the role

  • Teach, coach, and validate visual merchandising competencies across the region
  • Partner closely with the Regional Director to assess talent, identify capability gaps, and implement development plans
  • Design and facilitate regional and district-level workshops
  • Drive elevated and consistent styling and lighting execution across the region
  • Monitor performance and regional trends to act on region-specific opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ Visual, Field Visual, and Regional partners
  • Lead and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex retail business leadership
  • 5+ years of visual presentation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
