About the role
- Assist the PMO Director in driving organizational project management excellence.
- Oversee enterprise-wide project procedure and project quality initiatives.
- Develop project manager training in collaboration with Corporate L&D.
- Verify alignment of projects and programs with business objectives.
- Define the PMO’s vision, strategy, and operating model.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
- Deliver executive-level reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Mentor and develop project and program management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Licensed/Certified Professional in an appropriate program
- 12+ years of progressive project/program management experience in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies in the AEC industry
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and support change across all levels of the organization.
