About the role
- Acts as liaison between customer, sales and/or production departments
- Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, email or in person about printing requirements
- Maintains daily update of production schedule
- Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes and complaints
- Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to six months related experience and/or training in print processes
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling
- Good judgment of color, design and print quality
- Must be reliable and responsible
