About the role
- Drive commercial development
- Generate new opportunities and expand the client base
- Direct prospecting and acquisition of new clients
- Propose tailored insurance solutions
- Manage and follow up the portfolio autonomously
- Develop targeted acquisition initiatives

- Maintain reporting and activity reports
Requirements
- Ideally trained in Insurance or Sales (BAC+2 to BAC+5)
- Proven initial experience in selling services or solutions B2C / B2B
- Good knowledge of personal insurance products (health, protection, pensions, life, group schemes)
- Commercial temperament
- Strong appetite for challenge and business development
- Results-oriented
- Adaptability and ability to take initiative
