About the role
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
- Advise on and market technical SIP wholesale products from Gamma's portfolio
- Manage and conduct tender processes and procurement bids
- Achieve individually agreed sales targets
- Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
- Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Participate in marketing activities with a focus on target markets
- Monitor the market, perform competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering/Technical teams, Product Management, Procurement and Legal to implement customer-specific solutions
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and the competitive landscape)
- Willingness to travel (flexibility for field and customer appointments across Germany) and a high degree of self-motivation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and develop partnerships on an equal footing
- Structured working style and strong closing ability
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
