About the role

  • Participate in the creation and development of live plans for our games
  • Support the LiveOps team in designing, planning, and implementing LiveOps strategies
  • Work closely with studio teams (development, marketing, data, and finance)
  • Contribute to the management of pre-launch testing programs
  • Provide recommendations across areas of expertise based on analysis of various data sources
  • Collaborate with the communications team to collect, analyze, and structure community feedback
  • Document and manage knowledge within the LiveOps team

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bac+4 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree plus one year or Master’s-level education)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curiosity, strong communication skills, and a good sense of organization and priorities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a wide variety of profiles
  • Good knowledge of the video game industry, particularly strategy games, is a plus
  • Proficiency or basic knowledge of Photoshop is also a plus
