Designer

• Create and deliver ergonomic, attractive interfaces and relevant icons.
• Actively propose visual improvements to our games, tool interfaces and document styles to enhance accessibility (icon clarity, color-blind adjustments, motion design, etc.).
• Produce a user flow, mockup and prototype for the development team and iterate toward implementation.
• Help collect and assess user needs, iterate with the design team and refine the game to create interfaces that are easy to use, efficient and understandable for players.
• Understand player–game interactions (monitoring playtests) and define patterns, task flows and UI specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure content remains user-friendly.
• Oversee user onboarding in the game, from high-level design to tutorial implementation, taking accessibility, progression and player research findings into account.
• Supervise and mentor the UI/UX team on the project.
• When needed, use our internal playtest lab to refine user feedback.

• Assist with the organization of internal and external events (Amplified, concerts, etc.)
• Maintain and update the MarketComm team's internal SharePoint documentation
