About the role

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategy across all business functions
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession thinking and long-term hiring roadmaps
  • Own and continuously refine our EVP, ensuring it reflects who we are and where we’re going
  • Position the company strongly on LinkedIn and across our careers page to attract aligned talent
  • Design and optimise a premium candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding
  • Drive recruitment analytics, reporting and insights to support business decisions
  • Strategically manage agency relationships while strengthening direct talent pipelines to enhance hiring quality and reduce external reliance
  • Lead and evolve our Employee Culture programme, strengthening engagement and belonging
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market trends, hiring risks and retention strategy

Requirements

  • Have significant experience in senior-level Talent Acquisition, ideally within fast-paced, digital or international environments
  • Think commercially and understand the impact of hiring on revenue, performance and scalability
  • Be confident partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively when needed
  • Be data-driven, comfortable with recruitment metrics and translating numbers into action
  • Be proactive, structured and solutions-oriented
  • Thrive in an environment where ownership and accountability are valued
