About the role
- OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT – You will own the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure that every step runs reliably.
- TEAM COORDINATION – You coordinate recruiters and recruiting assistants, allocate tasks, and ensure output and quality meet expectations.
- CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT – You review interviews and transcripts and make informed pre-selections.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE – You sample-check interviews, outcomes, and working methods to ensure consistent, accurate execution.
- KPI MANAGEMENT – You track key metrics such as hires, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT – You identify bottlenecks in the recruiting funnel and implement concrete improvements.
