• BAUSTELLENTERMINIERUNG – Subunternehmer planen, Kapazitäten & Abhängigkeiten prüfen, Termine bestätigen/verschieben, Erinnerungen setzen, No‑Shows nachfassen.
• FOLLOW‑UPS & AUFGABENVERTEILUNG – Aus Calls/Meetings To‑dos in ClickUp anlegen, Owner & Fälligkeiten setzen, bis „done“ nachhalten.
• DIGITALE ABLAGE – Google Drive strukturieren, Namenskonventionen & Zugriffsrechte sichern, Vorlagen pflegen.
• RECHNUNGEN & VERTRÄGE – Eingangsrechnungen vorbereiten, Freigaben/Fristen tracken, saubere Ablage; Bestellungen & Lieferantenkommunikation koordinieren.
• DAILY OPS – E‑Mail & Posteingang triagieren, priorisieren, an richtige Owner routen, interne Termine koordinieren.
