About the role
- Lead the transformation of our workforce by defining and embedding key production skills, leadership development, and sustainable learning solutions.
- Define and embed core skills and future capabilities required within Operations teams.
- Design the learning framework and integrate training pathways into the learning management system.
- Design and deliver leadership training and coaching, and develop a robust pipeline of leaders at all levels.
- Define and implement a roadmap focused on skills development and long-term sustainability.
- Lead the deployment of new training standards, competency models, and development frameworks.
- Integrate learning and skills development into site management systems.
- Establish clear training and development indicators directly linked to team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in training and development, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or highly operational environment.
- Proficiency with learning management platforms (LMS) such as PATH, Degreed, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Whiteboard).
- Experience with digital and collaborative tools such as Zoom, Mural, Miro, Power BI, SkillSoft.
- Proficiency in English and French, written, spoken, and comprehension required.
- Proven experience creating measurable programs aligned with the company’s strategic needs.
- Ability to embed training into existing operational systems and frameworks.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a structured approach and to build strong networks in multicultural contexts.
- Availability to travel as needed.
