About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Professionals
- Plan and execute regional sales meetings
- Analyze sales performance, market data, and trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure appropriate understanding and use of Galderma programs
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of managed care and reimbursement dynamics
- Develop and implement customer-focused processes and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
- 2+ years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in sales roles
- Strong ability to learn and communicate complex product information
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Working knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and access pathways
- Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
