About the role

  • Manage multiple facets of Galderma's Ecommerce business, including customer relationships, product content, forecasting, pricing, merchandising, and promotional execution.
  • Own revenue, growth, and profitability targets for assigned Ecommerce accounts.
  • Merchandise Galderma’s product catalog effectively, focusing on top volume drivers and new product introductions.
  • Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for your account(s).
  • Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel approx. 4+ times a year to visit customers
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
