About the role
- Manage multiple facets of Galderma's Ecommerce business, including customer relationships, product content, forecasting, pricing, merchandising, and promotional execution.
- Own revenue, growth, and profitability targets for assigned Ecommerce accounts.
- Merchandise Galderma’s product catalog effectively, focusing on top volume drivers and new product introductions.
- Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for your account(s).
- Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3 or more years of related experience
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel approx. 4+ times a year to visit customers
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
