About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Professionals (DSPs)
- Plan and execute regional sales meetings
- Analyze sales performance and market data
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure appropriate understanding and use of Galderma Market Access programs
- Develop and implement customer-focused processes and workflows
- Ensure full compliance with company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
- 2+ years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in sales roles
- Strong ability to learn and communicate complex product information
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Working knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and access pathways
- Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, influence stakeholders, and execute with discipline
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 75%, including overnight travel
