- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or biologic sales
- 3+ years of experience managing sales leaders or sales teams
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
- Proven ability to analyze data and think strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
