• Provide day-to-day support on transaction workstreams under the leadership of the Vice President Transactions
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate companies, assets, partnerships, and transaction structures across multiple scenarios
• Conduct valuation and sensitivity analyses to inform deal strategy and recommendations
• Manage specific workstreams within the transaction process, including due diligence coordination and information gathering
• Draft high-quality presentations and supporting materials for internal stakeholders, including management committee and board reviews
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate inputs into financial models and transaction analyses
• Support the preparation of business cases and transaction documentation with analytical and strategic insights
• Partner with external advisors (bankers, consultants, lawyers) to ensure robust execution of deal processes

Transactions Manager

Strategy

• Drive corporate strategy including mapping and prioritization of key areas for M&A, licensing, and partnerships
• Build and maintain landscape overviews for disease areas and mechanisms of action in oncology and immunology
• Work closely with executive leadership to define strategic priorities for pipeline expansion (TA, Phase, Geo)
• Develop dynamic portfolio models assessing technical, regulatory, commercial risks and strategic fit
• Engage as a member of diligence teams to align emerging opportunities with corporate strategic vision
• Generate market intelligence and data-informed views on industry trends and competitor moves
• Develop external scenarios to pressure-test recommendations and ensure portfolio resilience
• Shape agendas and craft materials for Management Committee, CEO, and Board of Directors; synthesize complex data into executive presentations

Vice President, Corporate Strategy

• Conduct deep-dive commercial assessments of licensing and M&A opportunities, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting
• Build and maintain market and product revenue models to support deal valuation and risk assessment
• Design, execute, and interpret primary research with KOLs, community physicians, payers, and patients/caregivers
• Collaborate with external consultants and agencies to gather qualitative and quantitative insights
• Map competitors, track pipeline assets, launch timelines, and regulatory/clinical milestones
• Evaluate reimbursement dynamics, pricing benchmarks, and payer behavior across major markets
• Support internal portfolio reviews by analyzing commercial value under different scenarios and maintain knowledge bases
• Participate in diligence teams and contribute to BD negotiations; prepare materials for executive and board review
• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate cross-functionally
