About the role

- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve enrollment discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate provider records and assist in preparing operational reports to support performance goals.
- Utilize designated systems and tools to process provider enrollments efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow gaps and recommending enhancements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in provider enrollment, credentialing, or related areas.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with databases or enrollment systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
