About the role
- Responsible for evaluating and structuring private placements
- Provide ongoing monitoring of an assigned portfolio of private placement credits
- Assist Team Leader in completing projects requested by Senior Management, Portfolio Managers and Clients
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ private placement and/or capital market experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Developed analytical, structuring and negotiating skills
- Good communication skills
- Possesses creative and independent problem-solving abilities
- 10 years’ credit experience (preferred)
- CFA and MBA (preferred)
