Responsible for evaluating and structuring private placements
Provide ongoing monitoring of an assigned portfolio of private placement credits
Assist Team Leader in completing projects requested by Senior Management, Portfolio Managers and Clients
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ private placement and/or capital market experience
Bachelor's degree
Developed analytical, structuring and negotiating skills
Good communication skills
Possesses creative and independent problem-solving abilities
10 years’ credit experience (preferred)
CFA and MBA (preferred)
