About the role
- Part of a 35+ strong team of multidisciplinary developers contributing to open source web projects
- Responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality adhering to our coding standards
- Ensuring high-performance and availability
- Managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, functional and intuitive implementation
Requirements
- 4+ years working as a Drupal developer in an agency environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible approach with the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
- Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels
- The ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Able to solve problems and make effective and timely decisions based on the knowledge available
