About the role

  • Build and own the system that migrates customer data from their previous platform into gaiia
  • Optimize the automation of exporting, ingesting, validating, and importing millions of data points under tight time constraints
  • Create a self-serve migration experience by developing intuitive customer-facing interfaces
  • Collaborate with Feature squads, Customer Success, and the Implementation Team to craft the perfect onboarding experience for our customers

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience in Typescript
  • At least two (3) years of experience leading a team of developers
  • Experience in DevOps and AWS services
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Process-oriented
  • Strong product mindset
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality
