About the role
- Provide patients with information about the services offered as part of integrated care
- Actively carry out the patient intake process
- Carefully document all patient conversations
- Ensure top-quality service for patients and internal departments
- Support the continuous optimization of patient communication and administrative processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in customer care (e.g., fitness and spa industry, call centers, or hospitality)
- Excellent communication skills
- Healthcare experience is advantageous but not required
- Digital mindset and confident use of common Google applications
- Resilient under pressure with a structured, organized working style
- Enjoy working in a team and a proactive, hands-on team player
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Additional language skills such as Turkish, Polish, or Greek are a plus
