💰 $120,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Own and evolve our patient-facing experience
  • Design and ship end-to-end patient journeys, from onboarding through ongoing care
  • Build zero-to-one patient education and decision-support experiences
  • Design AI-powered concierge and chat experiences that feel trustworthy, empathetic, and human
  • Improve clarity and usability around insurance and benefits flows
  • Continuously raise the bar on trust, confidence, and conversion for DTC patients
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers as a full product owner, not just a delivery designer
  • Partner with other product pods on employer- and clinic-facing tools as needed
  • Use research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions and validate solutions
  • Use AI tools and workflows to increase velocity and impact
  • Balance speed with quality, knowing when to go deep and when to ship and learn
  • Advocate for strong design craft while staying pragmatic and outcome-oriented

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer building user-facing software products
  • Experience leveraging AI in the design process, and comfortability with AI tools
  • Experience shipping large features or owning substantial product surface areas
  • Strong end-to-end product design skills (discovery → execution → iteration)
  • Hands-on experience leading or conducting user research
  • Excellent taste and a passion for consumer-grade design quality.
  • Experience in health tech or regulated consumer products (Nice-to-Have)
  • Frontend engineering experience or comfort building prototypes / agents (Nice-to-Have)
  • Prior experience designing AI-driven or conversational interfaces (Nice-to-Have)
