About the role

  • Facilitate the implementation, training, and adoption of Unanet CRM across all affiliate companies.
  • Develop and document best practices, workflows, and usage guidelines to ensure consistent and effective system use.
  • Maintain high-quality data by overseeing the entry and accuracy of opportunity, project, personnel, and client records.
  • Conduct ongoing data cleansing and ensure alignment between Unanet, the accounting/ERP systems and the marketing shared drive.
  • Provide proactive user support and training, especially for seller-doers and marketing/business development teams.
  • Create custom dashboards and generate reports to support pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking and strategic insights.
  • Monitor and analyze system usage to identify trends, inform improvements, and maximize CRM value.
  • Manage a centralized knowledge base of information on the shared marketing drive of resumes, project information, and marketing assets for reuse in proposals and pursuits.
  • Provide support on proposal and qualifications responses from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand standards.
  • Act as a leader, mentor, and coach to lower-level staff, providing guidance and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, information systems, business administration, or a related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with CRM (Unanet) management, marketing operations, knowledge management or related roles in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) or professional services industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex databases and develop scalable workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and AEC industry trends.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences, from employees to leadership.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
