About the role

  • Oversee all technical aspects of the company including software development, machine learning, dev ops & infrastructure, support engineers, and product management
  • Build new products and enhance SaaS software solutions
  • Lead a technical team of over 55 full-time staff members
  • Collaborate with directors for all departments
  • Ensure the technical team can solve problems with hands-on leadership

Requirements

  • Experience in software architecture
  • Knowledge of AI development paradigms
  • Skills in SaaS software solutions
  • Ability to manage and lead a technical team
  • Startup mentality and willing to dig into code when necessary
  • Familiarity with AWS and large scale operations (over 12 Petabytes)
  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces
  • Knowledge of programming languages including Java, Python, React, and Rust
  • Experience with MySQL databases and Elastic Search/OpenSearch
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes
