About the role

  • Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with project coordinators
  • Draft and publish job postings to schools and universities
  • Conduct sourcing and carry out recruitment interviews
  • Support integrations: onboarding, assignment coaching, and mentoring
  • Assist with administrative management: internship agreements, tools, remote work
  • Facilitate HR training sessions (tools, processes, soft skills)
  • Monitor and validate HR learning pathways and acquired competencies
  • Contribute to HR monitoring and to the development of our collaborative HRIS

Requirements

  • Degree (ongoing, upcoming, or completed) in human resources, social sciences, or occupational psychology
  • Strong motivation for HR, training, and people-centered project management
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills, active listening, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Good command of collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion)
  • Minimum French level B2 required (English appreciated)
